There will be no dryland Wednesday and Thursday of this week and no practice on Monday due to the holiday. Stay tuned for information about practice on Tuesday. The weather is supposed to be extremely cold next week.

Coach Fossmo was able to get us in the CISD meet at the Natatorium on Thursday, January 16th. Warm-ups are at 5:30pm and the meet starts at 6:00pm. Please respond to this email to let us know if your high schooler can attend.

We are back to normal schedule for practice tomorrow with dryland at 7:30. Since we missed a few days this week, the pool is allowing us to have an additional practice on Friday for those available. Don't forget that tuition is due for January.
