We are back to our normal practice schedule this week as long as the weather holds. 7:30 dryland and 8:00-9:30 in the water.

The pool is delaying opening until 9am tomorrow, but they said we can have lanes at that time. If you are available, please plan to practice 9:00-10:30am.

Due to the freeze and the pool closing, practice is cancelled for Tuesday and Wednesday (21st & 22nd) of this week. We are hoping to be able to hold practice Thursday but keep an eye on your email for further information.
