Coach Fossmo is so proud of all of our swimmers! It was a great first day of practice. Several people were asking about equipment needed for practice so here you go:

Dryland

• Tennis Shoes (please wear them to the pool so you are ready to go)

There will be no practice Monday, September 4. We will have our first practice Tuesday, September 5. Dryland starts at 7:30 in the parking lot under the building. Junior high swimmers not doing dryland can arrive at 8:00. Elementary swimmers will be split into two practice…

We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow morning! Parents, please do your best to be there for the meeting at 8:00. Swimmers can come ready to get in the water although I'm sure Coach Fossmo will want to talk to everyone for a few minutes first.
