The weather looks warm and sunny for our outdoor meet on Saturday!

Location: Spring Creek Oaks Community Pool 6002 Bur Oak Drive Spring, TX 77379

Warm-ups: 9:50-10:15am, Lanes 1-4 (Please arrive no later than 9:30am)

Officials Meeting: 10:00am
Timers Meeting: 10:15am

Meet Start:10:30am
Estimated End: 2:03pm

Timing Assignments: We are responsible for two timers in lanes 4 and 5 for the entire meet. We are looking for volunteers:

Concessions: There will be a coffee and snow cone truck with limited concessions for purchase. Please pack accordingly.

Fun Relay: This is a fun mixed relay that will take place during event 35 and 36. This will consist of 4 swimmers per relay. Event 35 will be made up of teams of middle and high school girls and event 36 will be made up of middle school and high school boys. This does not count against swimmers relay totals. **They didn't mention FINS this year.**

Officials: We need officials!! If your team has any officials that would like to join us this weekend please reach out and let us know. The more officials we have the smoother the meet can run.

Team Set Up: This is an outdoor meet. Teams will be assigned a specific area for set up. Swimmers will need chairs or towels to sit by the pool deck or grass area. Spectators will have an outdoor (uncovered) grassy area available to set chairs in. There are no locker rooms for changing. Swimmers will be required to wear their suits to and from the meet. Teams and parents will be allowed restroom access.

Parking: All Spectator parking will be on the pool side of TC Jester. NO PARKING is allowed throughout the neighborhood.
