Warm-ups: 9:50-10:15am, Lanes 1-4 (Please arrive no later than 9:30am)

Officials Meeting: 10:00am

Timers Meeting: 10:15am

Meet Start: 10:30am

Timing Assignments: (We are responsible for one timer in lane 3 and 4 for the entire meet. Please let me know asap if you are unable to fulfill your assigned timeslot.)

Events 1-12 - Hivnor & Stafford

Events 13-24 - Scholz & Levang

Events 25-36 - Osborne & Cunningham

Concession: There will be a coffee and snow cone truck with limited concessions for purchase. Please pack accordingly. 

Fin Relay: This is a fun mixed relay that uses fins (provided by your team) that will take place during event 35 and 36. This will consist of 4 swimmers per relay. You may have two high school teams and two middle school teams per event. This does not count against swimmers relay totals. Relays can be put together the morning of the meet. 

Officials: We need officials!! If your team has any officials that would like to join us this weekend please reach out and let us know. The more officials we have the smoother the meet can run.
