Meet Fees

The entry fee for this meet is $7 per swimmer. You can either bring cash or add it to November's tuition payment. If you have not paid for last weekend's meet ($10 per swimmer) please add that too. 

Warm-up

10:40-11:00 Lanes 1 & 2. Please plan to arrive by 10:00.

Timer

We are required to provide one timer (Lane 8) for the entire meet. We can break this up into shifts so no one parent is committed the whole time. The timer meeting will be held at 11:15. 

Fun Relay

The host team decided at the end of the meet to remove the 400 free relay and replace it with a fun relay to honor our veterans. We now will have a mixed gender 100 free relay (4x25 free relay). If you have middle and high schoolers, anyone can participate. This will be a T-shirt relay where each lane will have a different veteran group honored. Swimmers will swim with the t-shirt on and exchange the shirt with the next relay swimmer. If anyone has a military branch shirt they could use, please have your swimmer bring it. Please limit it to 2 relays max per team.

Officials Needed

If you have any officials on your team that could assist at this meet, please let me know. We have 3 officials that will be at the meet and could use a few more to run a smooth meet.

Team Set-Up

There is deck space as well as tons of grassy areas outside of the gate. Encourage your swimmers to bring a chair or blanket especially if they are on the grass. The meet information file has a picture of the pool if you have not been here before.

Parking

On both sides of the clubhouse there is a parking lot.
