From the meet director

Thank you all for joining us this weekend for the annual TISD Halloween Invitational. Attached is the meet program for this upcoming weekend. It includes warm up assignments, estimated timeline and psych sheet for the meet. The meet will be seeded Friday evening once all known scratches have been submitted by coaches. The heat sheet will be made available on Meet Mobile at that time.

It's Halloween!!

We are inviting anyone who wishes to wear something Halloween-ish (and tasteful) to please do so.

Officials

We are particularly encouraging any officials who wish to attend to take part in the festivities. Your team officials' help would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to our wonderful meet referee, Mike Swaim, [email protected] and let him know they're coming and encourage them to get their trick or treat on. The officials meeting will be held at 9:00AM.

Pumpkin Relay

Again this year we will be showcasing a Pumpkin Relay (8X25yd) during the traditional dive break of the swim meet. The relay will be an exhibition only relay made up of 8 swimmers, mixed gender in any makeup that the coach prefers. Pumpkins will be provided.

Volunteer Timers

We are offering free admission to the first 16 volunteer timers who check in at the admission table. Volunteer timers will be given an access pass to enter the pool deck during the meet. All volunteer timers will need to attend the Timer's Meeting at 9:45am.

Coaches' Meeting

A coaches meeting will be held in the hospitality room at 9:45am. Please make sure that at least one coach from your team attends this meeting. We ask that you also send one TEAM CAPTAIN from your team to this meeting as well.
