Happy Columbus Day!

We will be having practice tomorrow at the regular time with a guest coach, Rick Stanfield! Let's show him what the Crusaders are made of. 

For the month of October, the City Aquatics has agreed to allow us to use the Conroe Aquatic Center for practice on Wednesdays to get some time on the blocks before our first meet. Plan to meet there (1205 Candy Cane Lane) at 7:30 for dryland. We will need to drop down to 3 lanes for this practice.

Our first high school meet is quickly approaching. High schoolers please RSVP ASAP whether you plan to attend or not. I have attached the meet announcement. There are going to be several fun relays at this meet that you're not going to want to miss!

Fun relays will be:

Jeans Relay (1 pair of jeans must be used by all 4 individuals in the relay)

Fins Relay (1 Set of fins must be used by all 4 individuals in the relay)

Floatie Relay (each team must provide their own floatie...bonus time for team FLARE)
