Meets, Merchandise and Memberships
Hello Crusaders!
The season is well underway and going swimmingly I think. Please read through this email to make sure you are up to date on everything going on.
Meets
The board has looked through the meets available to us that we know of right now and chose several that we think will be a good fit for our team. I have added them to our team calendar and am asking all of the families to look through them and RSVP attending or not attending to the best of your ability right now. As always and being our first season, these may change slightly, dramatically or not at all. We definitely want to attend the meets that offer events for middle schoolers so please make those a priority. The official deadline for meets is one week before the event unless we find that this is not sufficient time.
Merchandise
We have received our official logo and are planning to order team shirts and caps ASAP! If you would like to order additional team shirts (remember swimmers get a free shirt with registration) for yourself or family members, please respond to this email with sizes. They will be $20 each. Please bring your payment to the pool by Tuesday. Additional spirit wear will be available later this season, but we wanted to get started on the team shirts and caps.
Membership
Friendly reminder:
- Monthly membership payment is due on the first of the month
- Late fees are assessed if payment is not received by the 5th
- If payment is not received by the 15th, your swimmer cannot participate in practice and their spot may be given to another swimmer on the waitlist
